Shipping

Is shipping on us?

Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders over $50 NZD.
However, promotional or discounted items are excluded from the free shipping offer.

For smaller orders ($50 NZD or below), a flat shipping fee of $6 NZD applies.

When will my order sparkle its way to me?

We process orders during business hours (Monโ€“Fri).
Youโ€™ll get an order confirmation email right away, and a tracking link once your parcel ships.
Note: Warehouses are closed on weekends and public holidays.

Where will my 7HADA order ship from?

All orders are carefully bubble-wrapped and dispatched from our Auckland warehouse.

When will my goodies glow their way home?

Most deliveries arrive in 1โ€“5 business days (location dependent).
Rural addresses may take a little longer.
(Delivery timeframes start after dispatch.)

Whoโ€™s bringing the sparkle to my doorstep?

We work with trusted courier partners, including Zappy in New Zealand,
to ensure your order is delivered safely and swiftly.

Does rural delivery come with extra sparkle fees?

We donโ€™t list a special rural surcharge โ€” just allow extra time for delivery to remote areas.

Is click & collect (Pick Up In Store) available?

We donโ€™t offer Click & Collect yet, as we are an online-only store. But Stay Tuned!

How can I pay for my glow?

You can pay using credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Afterpay, or bank transfer.

How do I use my E-Gift Card?

Enter your Gift Card code at checkout in the โ€œDiscount Code or Gift Cardโ€ box. The value will be applied to your order total automatically.

Do little freebies tag along?

We donโ€™t guarantee samples with every order, but when we have extras, we love surprising you!

How do I use a discount code?

Pop your code into the โ€œGift card or discount codeโ€ box at checkout and hit Apply before paying. One code per order unless otherwise stated.

Can I return a sale or promo item for a refund?

Sale items are final sale, so weโ€™re unable to offer refunds unless the item arrives expired or damaged.
If a sale item is expired or damaged, weโ€™ll happily arrange an exchange for a new one.
If a replacement isnโ€™t available because the item is out of stock, weโ€™ll process a refund instead.

If you need help, just email us ( info@7hada.co.nz ) with your order number and a quick photo, and weโ€™ll take care of you.

Email info@7hada.co.nz within 14 days with order details and a photo. Weโ€™ll refund or replace once approved

Oops, out of stock โ€” what next?

We donโ€™t offer Click & Collect yet, as we are an online-only store. But Stay Tuned!If we canโ€™t fulfil an item, weโ€™ll notify you and issue a refund straight away. You can also sign up for โ€œBack in Stockโ€ notifications on product pages.

Is everything here the real deal?

Absolutely! All of our products are 100% authentic and sourced directly from Korea.

Cancellations, Missing Items, Returns & Damages

Need to hit pause on my order?

If you need to cancel, please email us at info@7hada.co.nz with your order number as soon as possible.

If your order hasnโ€™t shipped yet, weโ€™ll cancel it right away and issue a refund.

If itโ€™s already been dispatched, youโ€™ll need to wait for it to arrive and then return it following our Returns Policy

Changed your mind โ€” can I tweak my order?

Email us at info@7hada.co.nz with your order number before your order is dispatched, and weโ€™ll do our best to update it in time.

How do returns work?

Damaged/faulty on arrival: Email us within 14 days with your order number, name, and a clear photo.

Change of mind / ordered the wrong item: You can return the item after inspection; return shipping is at the buyerโ€™s expense, and original shipping/handling isnโ€™t refundable. Please choose carefully

Can I exchange a product with a change of mind?

We donโ€™t offer direct exchanges. If youโ€™ve changed your mind, you can return the item (at your cost) and place a new order for the product youโ€™d prefer

What do I do if an item in my order is damaged in transit?

Please email us at nz@habon.co.kr within 14 days with your order number and a clear photo of the damaged item(s). Once approved, weโ€™ll arrange a refund or replacement
