Duration
Please initiate your return or exchange within 14 days of your purchase (or delivery date for online orders).
Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or e-receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.
1. Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Items
Refunds or returns are only available if the product(s) you purchased are damaged upon arrival or have a manufacturing fault.
Online Orders: If your item was damaged during delivery, please email us at info@7hada.co.nz within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, full name, and a photo of the damaged or faulty item(s).
Resolution: Once approved, we can provide either a replacement item or a full refund to your original payment method.
2. Change of Mind Policy
If youโve simply changed your mind, youโre welcome to return it for an exchange or online points credit. Please see the details below.
Shipping Fee: Return shipping fees are not refundable for unwanted items or option changes.
Online Points: Change-of-mind returns is eligible for Online Points credit once we receive the item and confirm it is returned in its original packaging and good condition.
Refusal: We may refuse returns if the item has been opened, used, or damaged, and is no longer resellable.
3. Condition on Return
All returns must include the original packaging, accessories, and any promotional items.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in resellable condition.
4. Allergic Reactions
Weโre sorry, but we are unable to offer refunds or returns for products you believe may have caused an allergic reaction or skin irritation.
Recommendation: Please review the ingredient list before purchase and test the product on a small area of skin prior to use. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.
5. Return Shipping Charges
Please note that coupon discounts, as well as shipping and handling fees, are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
If a replacement is required for a faulty or damaged item, 7hada.nz will cover both the return shipping and re-delivery costs.
6. Clearance Sale Policy
Clearance sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty or damaged. Refunds are not available for change of mind or incorrect selections during sale periods.
