Shipping Policy (New Zealand Only)
All orders are dispatched from our Auckland warehouse and delivered nationwide across New Zealand via Zappy.nz. Orders placed before 12PM (midday) are usually processed and shipped the same business day; orders placed after 12PM ship the next business day. Most parcels arrive within 1 business day after dispatch in urban areas, with an extra 1–2 days for rural addresses or during busy periods.

Our shipping fees are determined by your location, your order value, and whether a signature is required. Urban orders over NZ$50 qualify for free non-signature shipping, while all other services follow the fixed rates. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey. Please ensure your name, address and contact details are correct at checkout, as we cannot take responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information or unforeseen courier delays.
